Mr. Greco currently serves as the Executive Deputy of Training & Education Command located in Quantico, VA. As such, his responsibilities include advising the Commanding General on all matters pertaining to the civilian workforce, acting as the continuity on all Training & Education Command initiatives, and providing strategic leadership and supervision to ensure efficient management of resources in order to optimize the myriad of training and education activities of the command.
Mr. Greco was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in June 2019.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Greco was the first Deputy Director of the newly formed Current Operations Division of the Capabilities Development Directorate, Headquarters Marine Corps, Combat Development & Integration, assimilating the functions of the former Advocacy, Transition, Fiscal and Personnel Division (of which he was the Director for five years) and supervising all fiscal and warfighting investment (to include transition activities from planning to programming), requirements transition, and personnel and administrative functions retained from the former Advocacy, Transition, Fiscal and Personnel Division to effectively and efficiently support the Director, Capabilities Development Directorate and the Deputy Commandant for Combat Development & Integration. During his time in the Capabilities Development Directorate, he also served as the Director of the Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control Transition Task Force responsible for planning and executing all combat development actions involving the development of Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control capabilities, and the integration of those capabilities across other elements of the Marine Corps to include Headquarters Marine Corps, the Operating Forces, and Marine Corps Systems Command.
Mr. Greco began his active service in the Marine Corps in 1985 as an infantry officer, serving in 1st Battalion, 7th Marines and 3d Battalion, 7th Marines, and was later designated as a Naval Aviator in 1989 with flying tours in Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 264, Training Squadron Two, and Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 265. During his career, he served in all three Marine Expeditionary Forces deploying in the Unit Deployment Program and with the 24th, 26th and 31st Marine Expeditionary Units participating in Operations Provide Comfort (Turkey and Northern Iraq), Deny Flight and Provide Promise (former Yugoslavia), Desert Fox (Persian Gulf), and Stabilize (East Timor). He retired from the Aviation Department where he was the Head of Plans & Programs in 2005.
Mr. Greco holds a B.A. in English from the University of Rochester and a Masters of Military Studies from the Marine Corps Command and Staff College where he was a 2001 distinguished graduate. He is also a certified Program Management Professional.

Glenn Jones serves as the Activity Command Information Officer (ACIO) and Information Technology Division Director at the Department of Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) located in Dahlgren, Virginia. Jones has over 30 years of federal government service and has served as IT Manager at nine different federal agencies within the Departments of Agriculture and Homeland Security and the Department of Defense. This vast wealth of experience involved serving as IT Program Manager within the Department of Agriculture, managing delivery of IT services in disaster situations while working for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and as IT Customer Solutions Manager within the ultra-secure, highly critical “no-fail” mission of the United States Secret Service. As the current NSWCDD IT Director/ACIO, Jones delivers strategic vision, leadership, management and oversite of the entire NSWCDD IT ecosystem comprising highly
complex research and development networks designed to deliver next-generation technology to the warfighter. Jones is committed to delivering cutting edge IT solutions designed to revolutionize the end-user IT experience.
Clifton Peay
Director of Customer Focused Government

Clifton Peay has served as the Director of Customer Focused Government (CFG) since
October 2018. He joined CFG as a Senior Management Consultant in January 2017. In
January 2018, Clifton was named Deputy Director. In his current role, Clifton is responsible
for managing strategic and operational planning assistance that supports the Governor’s
priorities, process improvement consulting, performance improvement consulting and
monitoring, analysis assistance in evaluating business solutions, management assistance in
implementing business solutions, needs assessment and solution implementation
assistance for enterprise initiatives, and management of the Governor’s Fellows Program.
Before joining CFG, Clifton was a Senior Associate at KPMG in the Shared Services
practice. He was recognized for effectively negotiating successful client outcomes and
project management in information technology, sourcing, and forensic finance. Prior to
that, he was a Senior Finance Manager with the City of Atlanta. He led a successful effort to
improve operational efficiency and the implementation of an open data portal establishing
a commitment to transparency. He has over 14 years of project management and process
improvement experience. Additionally, Clifton has significant investment industry
experience and extensive knowledge of the financial services sector.
Clifton received his Bachelor of Arts in finance from Morehouse College, Master of Science
in information systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, and Master of Business
Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology.
V. Reid Walsh

V. Reid Walsh is the Deputy Secretary for Human Resources and Management for the Commonwealth Pennsylvania. As deputy secretary, Reid’s focus has been on implementing core transformation initiatives. These include consolidating commonwealth HR under a shared services model, building a four-year strategic plan and IT roadmap for HR, establishing a unified service delivery model through process standardization, building an HR LEAN program and managing HR service delivery through metrics and governance.
Prior to taking on her current role, Reid served as the chief of staff and policy director for the Office of Administration, playing an instrumental role in the agency’s key initiatives.
Reid also served as the director of operations for the Tom Wolf for Governor campaign, where she oversaw operational needs and planned and executed the campaign's primary and general election night events. Reid also served as executive director of the Wolf Inaugural Committee.
Before returning to her hometown of York, Walsh spent thirteen years in Washington, D.C., with the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), most recently as the senior director in the Business Affairs and Program Management Department. As senior director, she managed a multi-million-dollar annual budget, while leading operational activities across seven departments. Reid also played a key role in establishing and managing a matrixed organization and building new business units from the ground up.
Reid attended the University of Delaware, where she graduated with a degree in communications. After college, she spent a year in service through Jesuit Volunteer Corps serving the homeless youth community of Phoenix, Arizona. Reid currently resides in Spring Garden Township with her husband and two children.

Having worked in both the federal and commercial sectors, she applies her business, operations, analytics, and change-strategy consulting skills to understand complex Federal problems. A certified Lean Sigma Master Black Belt and Executive Coach, Quimby leads the Customer & Operations Service Network for KPMG’s Federal practice.
