Jason Adolf is a seasoned professional in the fields of Technical Management, Business Development, and Consulting. With over 20 years of experience, he has demonstrated a deep expertise in Solutions Development, Technical Strategy, Business Process Management, and New Business Development.

Jason is currently Industry Vice President of Global Public Sector, Education, and Aerospace at Appian, where he works across 200 major public sector customers to ensure client success and drive new business growth. He is responsible for the growth of overall public sector vertical new license sales and has expanded his area of responsibility from US Federal to encompass all of public sector, education, and aerospace customers globally.

Previously, Jason was Director of Business Solutions and Services at Serco, where he managed a Shared Services organization of over 75 business and technical consultants across the entire Serco organization. He was responsible for the expansion of Serco's Shared Services offerings and internal business analysis and consulting capabilities. Jason also played a significant role in new business development and was an evangelist of Serco's offerings and capabilities to prospective clients, partners, and vendors. At SRA International, Jason served as Principal of Business Process Management, where he led the business practice and was responsible for pursuing new business, hiring, and management of technical and functional staff.

Jason's passion for technology and business process management is evident in his track record of success and his inclusion to the WashingtonExec Top 30 Public Sector Executives to Watch in 2020.

Renee Lobanovskyy has more than a decade of experience in the public sector, focusing on
finance, grants, and technology. Ms. Lobanovskyy’s MS in Business Administration and a BS in
Sociology have helped her succeed in both business strategy and growth roles.

Ms. Lobanovskyy’s work at GrantSolutions provides data analytics, through AI and Machine
Learning, to improve outcomes, reduce administrative burden, and modernize grant-making
business processes.

Technical Business Development Manager on the AWS Data & Digital Transformation (D2T) team responsible for assisting in the development of AWS’ Data Modernization & Transformation courseware, helping to identify common use cases and patterns across State & Local Government (SLG) verticals, and working with solution architects to identify and vet component partners that fit well into foundational modern data architectures that can be rapidly deployed and extended by AWS and its partners for the benefit of and in cooperation with its customers. Prior to this John played a similar role helping to develop Repeatable Solutions on behalf of AWS’s Health & Human Services (HHS) customers.

John started his career at what is now Accenture, helping SLG customers develop long-range information systems plans and implement mission systems across the breadth of state government. He has also spent time working in private industry, holding leadership roles that included SVP of Services for a Web, Wireless & Interactive TV consultancy; SVP Product Management & Customer Deployments for a cloud-based Integrated Ticketing/eCRM/& Content Management Platform; and served as Director of Dell’s Services supply chain and as GM over Dell.com Consumer North America.

John brings a broad base of technical experience and obsession with “the customer experience” to his role at AWS.
