Mr. Korie Seville serves in a dual-hatted role as the J9 HaC Senior Technical Advisor and the DISA Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Compute. In this role, Mr. Seville is responsible for the strategic technical direction of various DISA HaC data center and cloud initiatives, including the Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) and Zero Trust.   

Prior to becoming the DISA Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Compute, Mr. Seville was the HaC’s cloud infrastructure architect. As a member of the HaC, he was responsible for architecting and integrating commercial cloud hosted solutions into the DOD network infrastructure. 

Before joining the HaC, Mr. Seville was an infrastructure architect for the Cloud Computing Program Office (CCPO) providing support to critical cloud enabling projects to include the Cloud Layered Obfuscation Application Kit, Global Directory, Azure Hosting Infrastructure, and the Commercial Virtual Remote (CVR) environment, which brought Microsoft 365 to over a million Department of Defense employees during the global pandemic. Also, Mr. Seville received a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

 Mark Maglin is the Vice President for DoD Cybersecurity at ECS Federal where he leads business development and manages a portfolio of cybersecurity managed services.

In 2016 Mr. Maglin began work with ECS Federal to take on a new challenge to deploy and deliver endpoint security-as-a-service to DoD, integrating multiple vendor security tools into a single cyber defense platform delivered as a service on the unclassified and classified global networks.  In 2019 Mr. Maglin was promoted to Vice President.

Before joining ECS Mark was a Senior Program Manager at CACI where he provided enterprise program management, acquisition, financial management, and systems engineering support to DoD IC customers for acquisition of full life cycle support for major ACAT IT systems.  Mark started at CACI providing program management and systems engineering support to develop and field SHARKSEER and Enhanced Shared Situational Awareness (ESSA) inter-government cyberthreat indicator systems.

Prior to his industry career Mark served in the US Navy for over 23 years. After an initial tour and qualification as a Surface Warfare Officer, Mark transitioned to Naval Aviation where he flew over 3,000 hours in the E-2C Hawkeye, C-2A Greyhound and a variety of other aircraft.  His operational tours included deploying in support of NATO Operation Deliberate Guard, Operation Southern Watch and Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Mark was Assistant Air Officer on USS KITTY HAWK, forward deployed to Yokosuka, Japan and the Standardization and Training Officer for the Chief of Naval Air Training.  Mark’s final duty station brought him back to the US Naval Academy.  Mark continues to support the Academy as a Varsity Offshore Sailing Team coach. Even after six major deployments and years at sea, Mark still enjoys the ocean and is a competitive sailor.  Mark is an active pilot flying his PA-24 Comanche and providing flight instruction.
