Dr. William W. Streilein is the Chief Technology Officer for the Chief Digital and AI Office of the DoD, providing strategic awareness, direction and leadership for enterprise scale data, analytical and AI capabilities.

Prior to his current role, Bill worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory where he served as principal staff in the Biotechnology and Human Systems Division. He supported efforts across the division focusing on concept, strategy, and program development in bioengineering, bioinformatics, and biodefense and leveraged his technical and leadership experience to emphasize the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to solve national biosecurity, health, and human performance challenges. Bill was also the leader of the Cyber Analytics and Decisions Group, where his research interests focused on cyber security, passive network and traffic analysis, streaming analytics, and computer vision. Prior to MIT Lincoln Laboratory, Streilein spent nine years working as a software engineer within the private sector.

He serves as a chair of the Artificial Intelligence for Cyber Security (AICS) and Robust Artificial Intelligence Systems Assurance (RAISA) academic workshops and is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and an active member of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI). Bill is a recognized leader in areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, cyber security, and statistical analysis.

Dr. Streilein holds a BA degree in mathematics from Austin College, an MM degree in electronic and computer music from the University of Miami, and a PhD degree in cognitive and neural systems from Boston University. He is a senior member of the IEEE. He has been at Lincoln Laboratory since 1998.

Jim Kelly is the Senior Vice President, North America Federal Sales for Dell Technologies. He is responsible for supporting federal customers and their missions, providing the technology and expertise needed to transform and protect their data.

Jim was previously the Vice President for the United States Department of Defense and Intelligence business for Dell Technologies. He was responsible for Business operations, strategy development and Solution sales into the DoD and Intelligence communities.

With over 20 years of experience, Jim brings extensive market leadership and sales experience to the Dell Federal team and has a comprehensive background in working with Department of Defense customers on their technology strategies. Jim’s understanding of the DoD Enterprise & Program strategies, credibility with DoD decision-makers, and extensive relationships with industry partners allows him to assist the DoD and Intelligence community in achieving their mission and business goals. Jim manages a team of individuals committed to the assistance and advancement of the US DoD and their mission.

Prior to rejoining Dell, Jim was the Senior Director for the U.S. Army at Microsoft where he was
responsible for product sales, strategy development, and oversight of services sales into one of Microsoft’s largest customers, the U.S. Army.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Jim was at Symantec, where he was responsible for Sales and Management of the US Army and Defense Agencies business which included DISA. His duties included working with the DOD on their Defense Security Posture and providing insight into Commercial security best practices.

Prior to Symantec, Jim spent 14 years at Dell in the Federal sector managing the US Army and DOD Joint Solution Sales organizations. Jim managed the largest team in Dell and worked with all aspects of the business. He and his team supported the Army and assisted in delivering the first Army Enterprise Service Desk.

Jim has over 20 years of experience delivering solutions in support of US Department of Defense
customer missions.

Anthony Robbins works with the US government to help modernize federal enterprise solutions for the era of AI, machine learning and big data. He has more than 30 years of industry experience providing IT solutions that have modernized federal agencies while delivering more than $20B in revenue.  

Prior to NVIDIA, he was Vice President of Global Defense at AT&T Business Solutions, where he was responsible for delivering integrated solutions to drive innovation, cyber capabilities and mobility to our troops. Robbins previously held leadership positions at Brocade, Oracle, Sun and Silicon Graphics. 

FCW has recognized Robbins as a Federal 100 Award Winner in 2019 & 2013. Washington Exec recognized Robbins as one of the Top 25 Leaders to Watch in the organization’s 2019 Year of the Innovative Leader. AFCEA International presented him with the 2018 Leadership Award. Executive Mosaic has recognized Robbins for his work in AI and network modernization by inducting him into the 2020, 2019 and 2016 Wash100, their annual selection of influential leaders. In 2019, 2018 and 2015, he was selected as a FedScoop 50 Industry Leadership Award Winner. 

Robbins has a B.S. from Jacksonville State University in Alabama. In 1998, he was awarded the JSU Alumnus of the Year.

Dr. Art Villanueva is the Chief Artificial Intelligence Architect for Dell Technologies’ Federal Strategic Programs. He advises, evangelizes, and molds Dell Federal’s posture in the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence. His experience spans multiple industries. In the Defense sector, he served as Chief Architect for billion-dollar programs at Northrop Grumman. In the public transportation arena, he led systems engineering activities for large-scale city-wide projects at Cubic Transportation Systems. As a successful entrepreneur, he co-founded three startups in the renewable energy field. Dr. Villanueva is an inventor, holding three utility patents and publishing several peer-reviewed papers. He holds a Doctor of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Colorado State University, specializing in meta-algorithmics for natural language processing, a Master's degree in Enterprise Systems Engineering from UCSD, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a Specialization in Computing from UCLA.

George Jackson is vice president of events at GovExec – the largest and most-influential media company in the public sector marketplace. He joined the company in 2020 to enhance the scale of their events and audience experiences. In 2021, George launched GovExec TV (streaming video content) and received the company’s Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, part of their first-annual Icon Awards. In 2024, George accepted the B2B Media Rising Star Award from SIIA – the Software & Information Industry Association.

George graduated from The Ohio State University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in English. In 2006, he earned his master’s in broadcast journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park. 

George spent the first five years of his journalism career at WJHL-TV in Johnson City Tenn. – beginning as an overnight producer for the station’s 6 a.m. broadcast. He advanced to lead on-air reporter for WJHL’s 11 p.m. newscast. 

As a reporter, George examined the earnings of two non-profit hospital systems, felony charges filed against a local sheriff, predatory paving companies, a health benefits backlog for local veterans, and a series of cold-case murder investigations. He received an honorable mention for Best TV Reporter in the 2011 Tennessee AP Broadcast awards and won a Best Investigative Reporting award from Media General in 2010.

George joined DC’s ABC affiliate WJLA-TV in 2012 to produce Capital Insider, which won him an Emmy award. One year later, he developed and recorded the pilot episode of Government Matters – a program about the business of government. It debuted as a weekly show on Sunday, August 4th of 2013. George led Government Matters through September of 2020, expanded its reach to a daily worldwide audience, and produced its first feature-length documentary The Dawn of Generation AI.

George is from Toledo, Ohio. He lives with his wife, twin daughters, and a pair of rescue dogs in Northern Virginia.
