Paul Beckman serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at ManTech, where he leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and foster growth through secure, innovative technological solutions. Since joining ManTech in 2021, Mr. Beckman has drawn on extensive experience in government cybersecurity, previously spending 15 years as a Senior Executive at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He began as the CISO for the DHS Headquarters component and later advanced to become the CISO for the entire Department.

Before his tenure at DHS, Mr. Beckman worked for the Department of Defense at the Pentagon for five years, where he served as the Information Assurance Manager in the Network Infrastructure Division. In this role, he was the principal advisor on all security matters related to the Pentagon’s Backbone and Core Infrastructure, reporting directly to the Director of Network Infrastructure.

Mr. Beckman possesses deep expertise in technology modernization, enterprise cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, privacy, and insider threat management. He holds numerous industry-recognized certifications, including CISSP, CCSP, MCSE, CCNA, CWNA, and CWSP.

He earned a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Radford University.

She also served as Special Assistant and Communications Director in the U.S. EPA’s Office of International and Tribal Affairs, where she managed an initiative that facilitated city-to-city learning on urban innovation, designed a program that supported environmental entrepreneurship, and developed a strategy that educated stakeholders about EPA’s international success stories. Elle has an MBA with a marketing concentration from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Michigan Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.

Prior to joining Okta, Sean spent more than 25 years working in technology and public sector security for companies such as Duo Security, Netscape, LoudCloud/Opsware, Proofpoint, Cisco & MobileIron. Sean has helped lead numerous projects used by the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, including the Fortezza Crypto Card, Defense Messaging System (DMS) and many others. He also has extensive experience in identity and public key infrastructure (PKI), network, applications, mobile and IoT. Sean has testified in front of the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee on the importance of public/private partnership in protecting the nation’s digital infrastructure. Sean also advises public/private partnership working groups including ACT-IAC, ATARC and many others.
