Bethany Blackwell is Vice President of Sales overseeing a portfolio of complementary cloud vendors including Zoom, Salesforce, Mulesoft, DocuSign, Box, and over 100 ISV vendors in the public sector space. With over 10 years of experience in the cloud industry, Bethany has helped grow the public sector portfolio of these vendors from less than 10M annually to 1B in 2020 with customers at each State and Federal Cabinet level agency. Her specialty includes bringing new SaaS vendors to market as well as establishing purchasing contracts and BPAs to ensure government agencies also have access to the digital transformation tools like their commercial counterparts.

Steven Boberski is a Genesys Public Sector CTO.  He brings over two decades of experience designing, delivering and selling large enterprise VoIP, unified communications and contact center solutions to help government agencies create superior engagement with constituents and employees. Steve has provided leadership, strategy and systems engineering expertise to help multiple organizations obtain, maintain and enhance compliance with mandated IT policies, including FedRAMP.

Andrea Friio is Principal Solution Architect at Amazon Web Services, where he focuses on accelerating the adoption of AWS AI/ML services for the contact centers. He has over 30 years of experience in the tech industry, with a strong background in AI/ML, customer engagement and solution management.

Prior to his current role, Andrea served as Vice President of Technical Sales at Genesys, as well as various roles in engineering& product management at Cisco Systems.

He has an Electrical and Computer Science Engineering degree from the Politecnico di Milano.
