Air Force Lt. Gen. Robert J. Skinner is the director of the Defense Information Systems Agency and the commander of the Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Network.

As the DISA director, Skinner manages a global network of more than 20,000 service members, civilians and contractors who provide defense communications solutions to the president, Department of Defense, secretary of defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff and combatant commanders. DISA operates joint, interoperable command and control capabilities for the department, which support more than 200,000 warfighters in 150 countries.

As the JFHQ-DODIN commander, Skinner drives unified action across the DOD to secure, operate and defend the DOD Information Network. He leads the establishment of DODIN priorities, directs threat-informed actions through formal planning and future operational initiatives, and oversees the command and control of daily unified network operations, cyber security actions and defensive operations on the DODIN.

Skinner commissioned through Officer Training School in 1989. He served in various tactical and fixed communications assignments and possesses experience in planning, policy and resource staffing. He commanded at the squadron, group, wing and Numbered Air Force levels and served on the staffs at a NAF, a major command headquarters, Headquarters Air Force and the Joint Staff. Prior to assuming his current position, he was the director of Command, Control, Communications and Cyber at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command on Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.


He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, summa cum laude, from Park College in Missouri and a master’s degree in computer science with honors from Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma.


Skinner's awards and decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal with oak leaf cluster, Legion of Merit with oak leaf cluster, Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with four oak leaf clusters, Navy Commendation Medal and Air Force Achievement Medal with oak leaf cluster.

Colonel Jennifer Krolikowski is the Director, Chief Information Office (CIO) for Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base.

Col Krolikowski graduated from the University of Dayton in 1996 with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and commissioned from ROTC that same year. She has led at the Materiel Leader and Senior Materiel Leader levels and has served in a variety of acquisition and flight test positions. As lead engineer for various operational B-52 Stratofortress flight tests, she accumulated 50-plus flight hours and earned her Nonrated Aircrew Officer Wings. 

Colonel Krolikowski has served in staff assignments at Headquarters United States Air Force, the Joint Staff, and Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Prior to her current assignment, she served as the Senior Materiel Leader for Space Command and Control (C2). She transitioned to the United States Space Force in July 2021.

Col Jennifer Krolikowski is mother to Logan Benjamin and Seth Andrew Krolikowski and is married to Andrew Stamer.

Chris Finch is a Solutions Architect with Forcepoint. He works closely with industry thought leaders, customer stakeholders, and the Forcepoint G2CI team to help develop innovative Cybersecurity solutions that protect the government Cyberspace.

By leveraging his wealth of over 20 years of operational experience in cyber and cross domain solutions, Chris has helped position Forcepoint as a leader in multi-domain security for the government. 

Following his service in the United States Air Force, Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. His early career began as a Systems Engineer delivering Cross Domain Solutions across the DoD and Intelligence Communities. He built upon these experiences by obtaining his CISSP and CCSP certifications. 

In these positions, Chris gained extensive experience in cyber security and cross domain systems, in leading technical innovation, and translating customer needs into impactful requirements that drive the design process.

George Jackson is director of events at GovExec – the largest and most-influential media
company in the public sector marketplace. He joined the company in 2020 to enhance the scale
of their events and audience experiences. In 2021, George launched GovExec TV (streaming
video content) and received the company’s Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, part of their first-
annual Icon Awards.

George graduated from The Ohio State University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in English.
In 2006, he earned his master’s in broadcast journalism from the University of Maryland,
College Park.

George spent the first five years of his journalism career at WJHL-TV in Johnson City Tenn. –
beginning as an overnight producer for the station’s 6 a.m. broadcast. He advanced to lead on-air
reporter for WJHL’s 11 p.m. newscast.

As a reporter, George examined the earnings of two non-profit hospital systems, felony charges
filed against a local sheriff, predatory paving companies, a health benefits backlog for local
veterans, and a series of cold-case murder investigations. He received an honorable mention for
Best TV Reporter in the 2011 Tennessee AP Broadcast awards and won a Best Investigative
Reporting award from Media General in 2010.

George joined DC’s ABC affiliate WJLA-TV in 2012 to produce Capital Insider, which won
him an Emmy award. One year later, he developed and recorded the pilot episode of Government
Matters – a program about the business of government. It debuted as a weekly show on Sunday,
August 4 th of 2013. George led Government Matters through September of 2020, expanded its
reach to a daily worldwide audience, and produced its first feature-length documentary The
Dawn of Generation AI.

George is from Toledo, Ohio. He lives with his wife, twin daughters, and a pair of rescue dogs in
Northern Virginia.
