Gabby Burke serves as an Industry Architect, leading technical initiatives across state and local Health and Human Services (HHS) at Google Public Sector. She is passionate about using technology to foster more effective and compassionate HHS systems. In her role, Gabby partners directly with HHS agencies nationwide, empowering them to harness cloud solutions, data-driven strategies, and generative AI to overcome critical challenges. Previously, Gabby managed statewide public health and Medicaid interoperability initiatives, including Colorado's Social Health Information Exchange program (the first of its kind in the nation). She has also directly served clients experiencing homelessness. She holds a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

In this role, Melissa brings innovative solutions to state and local government customers and helps them transform the delivery of services and benefits to strengthen the health and well-being of their constituents. She has more than 20 years of experience managing large, complex technology projects that have elevated the human experience and positively impacted millions of people throughout the United States.
