Mr. Ryon Klotz assumed the role of Deputy CIO for Information Technology Enterprise (ITE) at CIA on 13 March 2023, where he manages the strategy for ITE’s program management and acquisition modernization, talent, and component management. He is also the principal CIA executive overseeing the Agency’s transition to the cloud, including acquisition and implementation. Mr. Klotz has 24 years of federal government experience, including positions in enterprise IT engineering, tactical communications, field IT operations & maintenance, as well as the Intelligence Community’s service provider for commercial cloud capabilities.
Mr. Klotz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Baltimore, and Executive Certificates in Leadership & Management and Strategy & Innovation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Sachin Gupta
VP/GM, Infrastructure and Solutions Group (ISG)

Sachin Gupta is the Vice President and General Manager of Infrastructure and Solutions Group (ISG) at Google Cloud. Having joined Google in 2020, Sachin brings together Product and Engineering for Storage, Networking, Google Distributed Cloud and Telco, and Product teams for Reliability and Global Expansion.
Through a deep understanding of enterprise and cloud-first customers, Sachin has a 20+ year track record of building solid teams and creating innovative products and services. Before joining Google, Sachin worked at Cisco for 23 years, where he served as SVP for Enterprise Networking. Within his teams, Sachin has been a long-time champion of customer focus and an inclusive team culture. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Wharton.
George Jackson
Vice President of Events
GovExec
George Jackson serves as vice president of events at GovExec, the largest and most influential media company in the public sector marketplace. He launched GovExec TV in 2021 and built it into a multi-million dollar business, receiving GovExec’s first annual Entrepreneurial Spirit Award and a 2024 “B2B Media Rising Star Award” from the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA).
Previously, George produced Capital Insider at WJLA-TV, where he won an Emmy award in 2012. One year later, he developed and recorded the pilot episode of Government Matters, a program about the business of government, which debuted as a weekly show on Sunday, August 4, 2013. He led the show through September 2020, expanded its reach to a daily worldwide audience, and produced its first feature-length documentary, The Dawn of Generation AI.
George’s roots lay in TV, journalism, and storytelling. He spent the first five years of his professional career at WJHL-TV in Johnson City, Tenn., where he began as an overnight producer and then became the lead on-air reporter for the station’s 11 p.m. newscast. He covered and investigated the earnings of two non-profit hospital systems, felony charges filed against a local sheriff, predatory paving companies, a health benefits backlog for local veterans, and a series of cold case murder investigations. He received an honorable mention for Best TV Reporter in the 2011 Tennessee AP Broadcast awards and won a Best Investigative Reporting award from Media General in 2010.
George graduated from The Ohio State University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in English. In 2006, he earned his master’s in broadcast journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park.
George is from Toledo, Ohio. He lives with his wife, twin daughters, and a pack of rescue dogs in Northern Virginia.
