Erica Gaddy serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer at the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service. In this capacity she exercises bureau-wide responsibility for the development, administration and oversight of policies and programs for the budget, accounting and financial reporting, risk management, audit, and internal control functional areas.
Before joining the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, she served as the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer. She received her appointment to the Senior Executive Service in 2021.
Ms. Gaddy held several progressively responsible positions with the Department of the Navy. She focused on leading and guiding the execution of financial statement audit readiness and remediation activities and the OMB Circular A-123 program while serving as an advisor to Senior Leadership on financial management issues.
She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Law & Business. She is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute – Leadership for a Democratic Society program.

Ron Leidner recently joined Maximus as Vice President, Client Engagement, Maximus Federal Services. Ron is an executive leader with over 35 years of experience in delivering business outcomes through technology for both private and public sector clients.
As the Senior Technology Advisor to the Deputy Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), he provided insights and perspectives that shaped the strategic direction of IRS-wide programs through continuous assessment.
In this role, Ron led the implementation of the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for the entire IRS. He introduced new Agile-based planning methods and developed, tested, and launched strategies to improve outdated Case Management Applications for six IRS business units. He also managed business-driven demands across the organization, working with senior IRS leaders to ensure these efforts aligned with key mission goals to enhance taxpayer services.
Other positions include Senior Delivery Director at both SAIC and IBM. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Management and a Master of Science in Technology Management.
In his spare time, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife, adult children, and grandchildren.
