Brentley Catoe is the Information Security Manager at Nashville Electric Service where he leads a team of professionals responsible for all aspects of Information Security, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Operations, Threat and Vulnerability Management, Risk Management and Compliance. He began his IT career in 2005 working the helpdesk at a Managed Services Provider where he quickly advanced into System Administration. In 2008, he moved to Nashville and started at NES as a Network Engineer. Around 10 years ago, he found his true passion in Information Security. He holds a bachelor’s in information technology, as well as his CISSP and CISM certifications. Brent prides himself in building an Information Security team and program that focuses on enabling the business, while protecting NES and its customers.

Joey Barkley is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Okta Federal. Joey brings 23 years of technical experience, and was formerly an Okta customer before joining the federal team. Joey has served as a Supervisory ISSO for a US federal agency project, as a Cyber Security Engineer in highly regulated industries (government, healthcare, payment card), as well as a Software Engineer and Developer for GIS/engineering, utilities, and healthcare organizations.

Dr. Kenneth Myers is the Director of the Identity Assurance and Trusted Access Division with the General Services Administration Office of Government-wide Policy. He advises and coordinates government-wide digital identity policies and collaborates with federal executive branch agencies on implementation guidance. As an identity professional, he has experience working with various public and private organizations on digital identity, PKI, security management, and governance challenges. He is a former active duty Marine and a Marymount University Doctorate of Science in Cybersecurity graduate, where he researched identity and access management competencies and workforce planning.
