Ms. Carper’s office sets strategic technology vision and delivers innovative solutions in compliance with Federal security, privacy, and data standards.  Ms. Carper most recent accomplish is the creation of the Department’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Hub, driving the mission of the DOE through safe and secure AI solutions.

As a proven leader, she has led multiple initiatives within the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the Federal Government. Ms. Carper continues to incorporate private industry’s best practices in improving DOE’s people, processes, and systems.
