Brig. Gen. Scott A. Cain serves as the Director, Air, Space and Cyberspace Operations, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He is responsible for shaping the workforce and cyber infrastructure to test, field and sustain agile war-winning capabilities. He is also responsible for the command’s policy and resource allocation for test operations, flight management, airfield services, weather services, and command and control operations.
Brig. Gen. Cain received his commission from the U.S. Air Force Academy Class of 1995, where he was a distinguished graduate, earning a bachelor’s degree in Astronautical Engineering. The general attended undergraduate pilot training in 1995 and was selected to fly the F-16 Fighting Falcon. After completion of F-16 training, he served as an operational F-16 pilot in Kunsan Air Base, South Korea, and Misawa AB, Japan, flying combat missions in support of Operation Southern Watch. He comes to Wright-Patterson AFB after a successful command of the 96th Test Wing, Air Force Materiel Command, Eglin AFB, Florida.

Brian Lau
Future of Work Product Manager

Brian Lau is a Future of Work Product Manager at HP focused on strategy and new
business incubation. He works with teams to explore ideas and concepts related
improving productivity, experiences and the way we work.
Previously, Brian worked in management consulting helping clients with challenging
business problems. He often assisted leaders in the areas of strategy, operations,
technology and partnerships.
Brian completed graduate and undergraduate business studies in Toronto, Canada and
is an advocate for education access. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay
Area in California.
Stephen Pieraldi
Distinguished Technologist

Stephen Pieraldi is a security expert who works comfortably in hardware and software. Stephen has architected and executed advanced Machine Learning-based detection systems and highly secure mobile to cloud-based hardware protection systems. An internet search will highlight many of Stephen's accomplishments and patents. His unique capabilities are now being used at HP as a Distinguished Technologist while continuing to teach at U.C. Berkeley.
