EVENT POSTPONED - New Date to be Announced Soon
In federal contracting, attracting and retaining mission-ready talent is a decisive advantage. Agencies and their partners face shrinking talent pools, aging workforces, and fierce competition for specialized skills, especially in high-clearance or niche technical roles. Success depends not only on finding the right candidates quickly but also on reaching them with messages and content that stand out in a crowded market.
This webcast brings together public sector and industry leaders to share how early, targeted, and individualized engagement can build strong candidate relationships before roles are even posted. Speakers will explore how creative, well-crafted content, supported by cloud-based tools for collaboration and asset management, can capture candidate interest, build trust, and communicate mission value. They will discuss practical tactics for navigating hiring constraints, reducing time-to-fill for mission-critical positions, and ensuring long-term retention and mission success through more coordinated, data-driven recruitment campaigns.
