Kiersten Schiliro serves as a Senior Technical Advisor for the Operational Technology Division, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. With 19 years of experience in the Non-Traditional Tracking Program prior, Kiersten has been instrumental in leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge electro-optical sensor technology, while strategically adapting bureau capabilities to meet a diverse range of field requirements. Her leadership has driven the advancement of several state-of-the-art airborne sensors, as well as innovative data processing techniques and target detection algorithms. Kiersten holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware. Before her tenure at the bureau, she was a Process Technology Engineer for a specialty chemical company that manufactures products in a variety of worldwide markets.

Jason Fitzgerald leads Cisco’s US Federal Cloud & AI Infrastructure team, delivering mission-critical AI and infrastructure solutions to government agencies. A 20-year Cisco veteran, Jason has held diverse leadership roles in network engineering and systems engineering, including supporting the US Army across Cisco’s entire portfolio.
For the past decade, he has specialized in data center technologies, helping customers accelerate the deployment of secure, private cloud and AI/ML environments.
Jason is a passionate advocate for leveraging AI to enhance security, operational efficiency, and readiness across the US Federal landscape.
