Christopher “Chris” Cleary is the Vice President of MANTECH’s Global Cyber Practice. He directs the technical strategy to expand and enhance MANTECH’s cognitive cyber innovation and capabilities business.

He joined MANTECH after previously serving as The Department of the Navy’s Principal Cyber Advisor and Chief Information Security Officer, respectively.

Mr. Cleary has deep expertise in the public and private sectors and the military with more than 25 years of experience driving enterprise Cyber and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) innovation. He has a proven track record of accelerating technology innovation, driving revenue growth and increasing market expansion for multi-billion-dollar corporations including Leidos, Sparta (now Parsons) and Verizon.

Mr. Cleary has hands-on experience managing critical Cyber programs for U.S. Cyber Command, the Intelligence Community and other key branches of the government.

He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in history and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War college.

Matt Cornachio is the Managing Director and Head of Growth for Anduril’s Connected Warfare Division, where leads the Division’s growth strategy within the Department of Defense. Matt previously leads the company’s Marine Corps service strategy across all of Anduril’s Division, establishing close partnerships with the Marine Corps Combat Development Command, Deputy Commandant for Aviation, the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab, Marine Corps Systems Command, and PEO Land Systems. Prior to Anduril, Matt spent 10 years as an Active-Duty Marine Corps officer, serving as an artillery officer, a Science and Technology Project Officer at the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, and most recently as the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency Service Chief Fellow and Marine Corps Technology Transition Lead at MCWL. Matt is a graduate of the Naval Academy and the Naval Postgraduate School, where he earned an M.S. in Information Systems Management. His areas of expertise include defense acquisition, advanced technology development, and strategic planning. Matt lives in Kensington, MD with his wife Chelsea, son James, and daughter Cameron.
