The GAIN Awards Winners Announced
GovExec and Government Marketing University are proud to announce the winners of the 2024 GAIN Awards, the top honors for B2G marketing excellence, recognizing the outstanding achievements of trailblazers in the B2G industry.
Winners were nominated by their peers for the following categories:
- Account Based Marketing – Narrow campaigns tailored to specific government accounts or territories
- Agency-led campaign – B2G-specific campaigns, content and derivative resources created in partnership with an advertising, PR or marketing agency
- BD Capture Marketing – Narrow campaigns and activities tailored to specific government program or business development capture opportunities
- Best Event Experience – Tailored experiences delivered at government conferences, or custom events created for the B2G community
- Brand Awareness – Campaigns designed to elevate a specific brand within the B2G marketplace
- Demand Generation – Broad campaigns and activities designed to attract, capture or convert qualified B2G leads
- Partner Marketing –Campaigns and activities designed to generate revenue through a channel or an alliance partner
- Publisher Partnership – B2G-specific campaigns, content and derivative resources created in partnership with a third-party publisher or publication
- Thought Leadership – Broad government marketplace campaigns, strategies or tactics that specifically leverage the talent, experience, and opinions of industry leaders or insight in a specific segment or application area
Following review by the 2024 GAIN Executive Committee, the following individuals and teams were selected as winners. Click on the links to view their nominations.
- Account Based Marketing: David Kish (Lookout) for his project titled Continuous Diagnotics and Mitigation (CDM) DEFEND Program
- Agency-led Campaign: EY GPS Marketing Team for their project titled EY Accelerates B2G Business with In-House Think Tank
- BD Capture Marketing: Amy Corcoran (Alpha Omega) for her project titled Marketing and Communications in Support of USCIS ODOS Contract
- Best Event Experience: Melanie Holmes (Adobe) for her event, the 2024 Adobe Government Forum
- Brand Awareness: HII Mission Technologies Communications Team for their project titled Mission Ready Means and Delivering the Advantage
- Demand Generation: Stacy Outlaw (WAEPA) for her project titled Former Feds End of Year Campaign
- Partner Marketing: Lexy Sheets (Presidio Federal) for her project titled AI in Action Webinar with IBM
- Publisher Partnership: Damien Skinner (Pegasystems)
- Thought Leadership: Lexy Sheets (Presidio Federal) for her project titled Solution Architect Blog Series & Tech Insights
The following individuals and teams were selected as winners of the GAIN Executive Awards for their especially exceptional achievements. In addition to an award, they will receive a $10,000 digital ad campaign, courtesy of GovExec.
- B2G Innovation: Jackie Flynn and Zuwana Johnson (Pegasystems)
- B2G Launch Excellence: Kathy Quinn (Everfox) and Casey Dell'lsola (REQ) for their project titled Everfox Rebrands as Defense-Grade Cybersecurity Leader
- B2G Growth: HII Mission Technologies Communications Team for their project titled Mission Ready Means and Delivering the Advantage
The winners of The GAIN Awards and The GAIN Executive Awards were honored at the 2024 GAIN Conference on October 17 at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner.
