Karen Dahut is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, and analytics. She has a strong track record of building businesses, executing large-scale growth strategies, and creating unique solutions for both commercial and federal sectors. Currently, Ms. Dahut serves as the founding Chief Executive Officer of Google Public Sector (GPS). In this role, she is dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation of U.S. government agencies, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations. Her leadership at Google focuses on leveraging Google Cloud’s most advanced capabilities, including: Artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance citizen services, sophisticated cybersecurity tools for securing vital data, and open cloud infrastructure to help agencies modernize operations. Her mission-driven team is committed to helping these organizations achieve critical national objectives and drive impactful, large-scale change. Karen began her career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, where she developed a lifelong commitment to serving the mission of the nation and the public sector.

Jared “Rook” Isaacman is the 15th Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

Isaacman grew up in New Jersey as the youngest of the four children of Donald and Sandra Marie Isaacman. Fascinated by aviation and space, Isaacman discovered a passion that would define his career.

Sensing an opportunity in the burgeoning world of digital markets, Isaacman left high school at the age of 16 to found United Bank Card, a payment processing company, from his parents’ basement. The company was later renamed Shift4. Shift4 now serves hundreds of thousands of businesses across the globe. In 2020, Shift4 went public, and in 2025, Isaacman left his role as CEO.

Isaacman’s entrepreneurial spirit extended to aerospace. In 2011, Isaacman co-founded Draken International, which provides training to U.S. military pilots. The company currently services and manages one of the world’s largest private fleets of fighter jets. Outsourcing this critical role to the private sector has saved taxpayers billions of dollars. Isaacman sold the company in 2019.

Outside of work, Isaacman is a skilled pilot with over 8,000 flight hours. He is flight-qualified in multiple military jets, has flown in over 100 airshows, an Honorary Fellow of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots, and has set numerous world speed records in 2009 while raising funds for the Make-A-Wish®.

In 2021, Isaacman commanded Inspiration4, the first all-civilian orbital spaceflight aboard the Dragon spacecraft. The mission was a major milestone in commercial spaceflight. The three-day flight orbited Earth, raising over $250 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. Three years later, he led another human spaceflight mission, Polaris Dawn. Reaching an altitude of almost 900 miles, this was the farthest humans have traveled from Earth since Apollo 17. Isaacman performed the first commercial spacewalk, and both missions incorporated dozens of science experiments and achieved milestones that advanced the cause of crewed spaceflight.

On Nov. 4, 2025, President Donald J. Trump nominated Isaacman to be the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and he was formally confirmed by the United States Senate on Dec. 17, 2025.

Isaacman graduated from Embry‐Riddle in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics, and in 2024, he received an honorary doctoral degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Isaacman resides in Pennsylvania with his wife, Monica, and their two daughters.

Miro Humer leads the digital direction and technology strategy at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) as Vice President for University Technology and Chief Information Officer. Heading a team of over 220 technology professionals, he focuses on expanding secure cloud environments and high-performance research systems built to support the next generation of academic discovery.

With more than 25 years of technology leadership, Miro pairs systems architecture expertise with a practical focus on team culture and retention. Holding a master’s degree in labor relations and human resources, he aligns technology shifts with workforce support, building resilient teams that can adapt to rapid change. He views cyberinfrastructure not as fixed hardware, but as an evolving platform designed to sustain long-term campus productivity.

Previously, Miro served as CIO at Cleveland State University, where he established statewide technology partnerships and multi-campus cloud initiatives. Recognized as a top higher education technology leader by CDO Magazine and Education Technology Insights, he advises the Ohio Department of Higher Education and industry boards, while frequently contributing to EDUCAUSE Review on cloud strategy, IT leadership, and the future of higher education technology.

Google Public Sector Role
Ron Bushar serves as the Chief Security Officer and Managing Director of Solutions, Security and Delivery at Google Public Sector. In this role, he leads a diverse global team of AI, Cloud, and Cyber experts who empower Google Public Sector to safely and securely deliver customer mission outcomes and enable Google’s unique platform of innovative secure AI and cloud capabilities and solutions to state, local, educational, federal, defense, and national security national security customers.

Ron is a seasoned, highly effective, and innovative AI and cyber security leader with over 29 years of experience in technical solutions services, cyber defense operations, cybersecurity consulting, and incident response services in both the government and commercial sectors. Ron has a track record of successfully building strategic programs and dynamic teams that deliver innovative solutions, ensure effective security, minimize organizational risk, and ensure mission outcomes for customers.

Professional Experience
Prior to his work at Mandiant and Google, Ron served as the Director of the Department of Justice Security Operations Center (JSOC) where he led transformative efforts to redefine and restructure key information security and cyber defense operation capabilities. Ron also served as the Department’s Insider Threat Program Manager and liaison to the National Insider Threat Task Force. In previous roles, Ron built and led expert teams of cyber defense operators, incident responders, and red teams at several U.S. intelligence and defense department agencies. Ron began his career in the United States Air Force serving as an Officer in the Information Warfare Aggressor Squadron.

Michael Gerstenhaber is the Vice President of Product Management for Gemini Enterprise at
Google Cloud, where he leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the next generation of
intelligent applications. He is focused on scaling the Gen AI API business by integrating Gemini
models into customer workflows, defining the product vision for agents across Google Cloud,
and ensuring Gemini Enterprise remains the comprehensive platform for leveraging Google’s AI
offerings.
Michael joined Google for the unique opportunity to apply frontier AI to the complex, real-world
business processes of customers at a global scale.
Previously, Michael served as the Head of Product for the API Platform at Anthropic, where he
led product strategy and execution for the Claude models. In this role, he was a key catalyst for
the company's commercial growth, driving widespread market adoption of their core model
offerings.
Prior to Anthropic, Michael spent seven years at Datadog as Vice President of Product
Management, overseeing product development across infrastructure, networking, and
Kubernetes.

Chris Hein, a tenured Google employee of over 10 years, is the Field CTO at Google Public Sector, where he is driven to make a tangible impact on the world through technology. With a Master's in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from DePaul University, he's become a leading voice in applying AI to the public sector. Chris brings a unique blend of technical expertise (honed as a former VP of Technology in the private sector) and a deep understanding of the critical missions of government and educational institutions. He recognizes that these organizations are the backbone of our society, and he's dedicated to empowering them with the best tools and strategies. Beyond simply providing technology, Chris also assists IT leaders in navigating the transformative shift to an AI-driven world. He helps them rethink their approaches to running corporate IT systems, ensuring they're not just keeping up, but leading the way in leveraging AI responsibly and effectively. He believes technology should be a force for good, and he works tirelessly to ensure it is used ethically and to its full potential.

Sandra is a cybersecurity leader with 27 years of intelligence experience. She leads
Google Threat Intelligence following Google’s acquisition of Mandiant in 2022. Sandra
is a retired U.S. Air Force Reserve officer and serves as a faculty member and on the
Board of Visitors at the National Intelligence University. She is a Co-Chair of the Aspen
Institute U.S. Cybersecurity Group, a member of the strategic council of the Silverado
Policy Accelerator, and the Institute for Security and Technology’s Ransomware Task
Force Steering Committee, a visiting fellow at the National Security Institute, and serves
on the Board of Directors at Crane NXT. Sandra is pursuing her PhD at Johns Hopkins
University as an Alperovitch Institute Fellow. She has an MBA from MIT and holds four
additional master’s degrees in cyber-policy, international affairs, science and
technology intelligence, and military operational art and science. Sandra speaks
English, Spanish, and German.

Thomas joined Google in November 2018 as the CEO of Google Cloud. Google Cloud is the division of Google that brings Google’s technology and solutions to enterprises, governments, and startups around the world. Prior to Google, he spent 22 years at Oracle, where he most recently served as President of Product Development. Before that, Thomas worked at McKinsey
as a business analyst and engagement manager. His nearly 30 years of experience have given
him a deep knowledge of engineering, enterprise relationships and leadership of large
organizations.

Thomas' degrees include an MBA in Administration and Management from Stanford University
as an Arjay Miller Scholar and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from
Princeton University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Thomas has served as a
member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Council and serves on the
Advisory Council of Princeton University’s School of Engineering.

Elizabeth leads the Google Public Sector Customer Engineering organization, including Federal Civilian, Defense, National Security, State and Local Governments and Education. Her team leads with a solutions mindset backed by strong technical expertise in key areas such as Generative AI, Edge, Security and Data Modernization to solve US public sector institutions’ toughest challenges. Elizabeth is an avid public speaker on key topics such as Generative AI and Security, and an advocate for Women in Tech.

Prior to joining Google, Elizabeth led Technology for AWS’ North America Sales, incubating and scaling key customer-facing capabilities across professional services, solutions architecture, and customer success, enabling AWS’ largest and highly regulated customers to adopt the cloud broadly across the enterprise. Earlier in her career, Elizabeth led the pre-sales engineering team for Oracle's North America Public Sector Consulting organization, enabling public sector entities to maximize their investment in Oracle technologies and align business initiatives with the right IT solutions. Elizabeth also spent 15 years leading data architecture and operations for MRIS, the Nation’s largest Multiple Listing Service, building services that continue to power online real estate marketplaces like Zillow and realtor.com.

Tony Orlando is the Managing Director for Google's Public Sector Partner and Specialty Sales Market. His team is focused on working with U.S. Public Sector agencies and customers to solve complex mission challenges through the effective placement of Google Cloud’s portfolio of Cyber Security, Workspace, Data Analytics, AI and Application Modernization solutions.

Tony has over 30 years experience helping customers build transformative data-centric applications, data operating platforms, and modernize security operations that drive mission and business value for the largest agencies and enterprises across the globe. Tony has worked on executive teams with a focus on defining and leading strategy, driving digital transformation and growth initiatives, with a focus on innovation in cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics and AI domains. He has held executive leadership positions at a variety of technology companies including Quest Software, Delphix, 3Pillar Global, CA Technologies and NetApp.

Rich is the Vice President of AI & Computing Infrastructure at Google, where he leads the strategy and execution of AI and compute infrastructure offerings for Google Cloud. In this role, he focuses on building the cutting-edge infrastructure required to host enterprise-grade and compute-intensive applications.
Rich has over 20 years experience in companies spanning Fortune 500, mid-size and start-up operations covering a broad range of systems and software businesses, including enterprise storage, information management, and networking. He previously served as Vice President of Software Engineering for the ONTAP Group at NetApp, where he oversaw the development of the ONTAP operating system. He joined NetApp through the acquisition of Spinnaker Networks, a company he co-founded and led as VP of Software Engineering. Earlier in his career, Rich developed foundational technologies in high-speed Ethernet and ATM networking, AFS file systems, and the Mach operating system at Carnegie Mellon University. Rich holds a BS in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.

Katharyn White is the Head of Marketing for Google Public Sector, leading initiatives at the intersection of security, AI, and digital transformation. A recognized technology expert and Marketing Society Fellow, she is dedicated to driving growth through AI-inspired marketing strategies.

Her 25-year career includes leadership roles at IBM, HP, and T-Systems, as well as serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager for MITRE Public Sector. Additionally, Katharyn serves on the Board and as an Executive Education chair for George Mason University’s Costello College of Business. She holds degrees from Duke University and Georgia Tech.
