Vaughn Noga has served in key executive leadership positions with EPA since 2008, and is
currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for EPA, as well as the Deputy Assistant
Administrator for Environmental Information within the Office of Mission Support.

Prior experience at EPA includes his role as the Director of the Office of Administration and
Resources Management, Office of Administration; EPA Chief Technology Officer; and Director
of the Office of Technology Operations and Planning. Before joining EPA, Vaughn spent nearly
twelve years as a federal contractor in various information technology and information
technology management positions.

Vaughn is a seasoned IT professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the field.
Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself as an innovative thought leader with the
unique ability to deliver strategically aligned, technically sound, and cost effective IT solutions.

Fred Steckler is the Chief Administrative Officer for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He is responsible for the delivery of all administrative service support functions for USPTO including human capital strategy, human resource management, telework policy and programs, facilities management, safety and security, transportation, asset and records management.

Mr. Steckler joined USPTO from the consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, where he served as an Executive Advisor in the Organization and Strategy Team's Human Capital and Learning Practice. Prior to Booz Allen, he was the Director of Account Development and Management for the Government Consulting Services Unit of Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Before Watson Wyatt, Mr. Steckler served as the General Deputy Assistant Secretary for Administration and Deputy Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In addition to HUD, he has held consulting and business operations positions with IBM and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Steckler also served as the Executive Director of Northern Virginia AIDS Ministry, a non-profit community service organization in Northern Virginia.

Mr. Steckler began his career as a shipboard officer in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the
commissioning crew of the USS Vandegrift (FFG-48). He later served as Second Company Officer and then Executive Assistant to The Commandant of Midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy.

Mr. Steckler received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University.

Brian Lau is a Future of Work Product Manager at HP focused on strategy and new
business incubation. He works with teams to explore ideas and concepts related
improving productivity, experiences and the way we work.

Previously, Brian worked in management consulting helping clients with challenging
business problems. He often assisted leaders in the areas of strategy, operations,
technology and partnerships.

Brian completed graduate and undergraduate business studies in Toronto, Canada and
is an advocate for education access. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay
Area in California.

Stephen Pieraldi is a security expert who works comfortably in hardware and software. Stephen has architected and executed advanced Machine Learning-based detection systems and highly secure mobile to cloud-based hardware protection systems. An internet search will highlight many of Stephen's accomplishments and patents.  His unique capabilities are now being used at HP as a Distinguished Technologist while continuing to teach at U.C. Berkeley.

Tim Rahschulte, PhD is the chief executive officer at The Professional DevelopmentAcademy and chief architect of the NACo High Performance Leadership Program. Dr. Rahschulte has over twenty years of professional management experience and started his career in corporate finance for a multibillion-dollar company. Most recently before his CEO role at the Academy, he served as a principal executive for 14 years in state government; serving as chief learning officer in Oregon government until 2014. Tim is the co-author of Projects Without Boundaries: Successfully Leading Teams and Managing Projects in a Virtual World (Wiley, 2017); Program Management for Improved Business Results (Wiley, 2007); Leading Global Project Teams (Wiley, 2010); Distributed Team Collaboration in Organizations (Wiley, 2011), and My Best Advice: Proven Rules For Effective Leadership (IntelliPress Media).
