Bill Boudreaux, the City of Rochester’s Chief Technology Officer, has served the city’s IT needs for four years. Prior to his public service, Bill worked for 20 years managing technical teams to deliver customer-focused IT support and project management in industries including pharmaceutical research and development, hospitality, manufacturing, and healthcare. Bill holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a lifelong Yankees fan.

Mike Guay has over 35 years experience with ERP systems. His career has spanned years as a user, a vendor, and system integrator. His expertise and experience with ERP systems crosses HR, Finance, Supply Management, Manufacturing and technology. Mike Guay has worked with customers in many verticals including Public Sector, K-12, and various manufacturing and distribution organizations.

Prior to joining Infor in 2020 Mike Guay spent over 7 years as a senior ERP Analyst at Gartner and from 2015 -2020 he was the Infor Vendor Lead. He was also the lead author of the ERP Magic Quadrants including the first Cloud ERP Magic Quadrant in 2018. 

Mike Guay has expertise in best practices for adopting MT SaaS ERP and how customers can maximize value from the investments Infor is making in products and technology.
