Gabriel Davis serves as the Risk Operations Federal Lead within the Vulnerability Management subdivision in CISA’s Cybersecurity Division. In this role, Gabriel leads a team of vulnerability assessment analysts and penetration testers to develop data-driven cyber risk products that provide proactive, actionable analysis on emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities to drive CISA stakeholder risk reduction and improve cybersecurity posture.

Before CISA, Gabriel served in the United States Army as a Signal Officer.

Gabriel holds and a B.S. in Mathematics from the Savannah State University and multiple industry certifications in the fields of networking, security, and threat intelligence.

John Beckius started his Federal Government career when he joined  the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as a Special Agent in  1991 in Indianapolis, Indiana. During his time with the FAA, John  conducted regulatory inspections and investigations of airports, air  carriers, freight forwarders, and hazardous materials shippers. Also  during his tenure with the FAA, John was chosen as a team member  for the National Transportation Safety Board’s (NTSB) investigation  into the fire on board Federal Express flight #1406 in 1996.  Subsequently in 2001, John was hired as an Investigator In Charge  with the NTSB and relocated to Washington D.C. While with the  NTSB, John led hazardous materials accident investigation teams for  the aviation, maritime, highway, and rail sectors. In 2002, John  returned to aviation security when he joined the newly established  Transportation Security Administration (TSA) as an Air Cargo

Branch Manager in the Aviation Regulatory Inspection Division. John held multiple leadership  positions within various TSA Headquarters air cargo offices until 2008 when he moved back to  Indianapolis as the Assistant Federal Security Director for Inspections. Among John’s  accomplishments while in Indianapolis was the establishment of the first Passenger Screening  Canine program at a domestic airport. In 2015, John returned to Washington D.C when he was  selected as the TSA Senior Liaison to Department of State and worked in the State’s Counter  Terrorism Bureau for two years. Prior to his selection as the Executive Director of the Air Cargo  Division, John spent 18 months as the Branch Manager for Policy Analysis in the TSA office of  Policy, Plans, and Engagement.

George Jackson is director of events at GovExec – the largest and most-influential media company in the public sector marketplace. He joined the company in 2020 to enhance the scale of their events and audience experiences. In 2021, George launched GovExec TV (streaming video content) and received the company’s Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, part of their firstannual Icon Awards.

George graduated from The Ohio State University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in English. In 2006, he earned his master’s in broadcast journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park.

George spent the first five years of his journalism career at WJHL-TV in Johnson City Tenn. – beginning as an overnight producer for the station’s 6 a.m. broadcast. He advanced to lead on-air reporter for WJHL’s 11 p.m. newscast.

As a reporter, George examined the earnings of two non-profit hospital systems, felony charges filed against a local sheriff, predatory paving companies, a health benefits backlog for local veterans, and a series of cold-case murder investigations. He received an honorable mention for Best TV Reporter in the 2011 Tennessee AP Broadcast awards and won a Best Investigative Reporting award from Media General in 2010.

George joined DC’s ABC affiliate WJLA-TV in 2012 to produce Capital Insider, which won him an Emmy award. One year later, he developed and recorded the pilot episode of Government Matters – a program about the business of government. It debuted as a weekly show on Sunday, August 4th of 2013. George led Government Matters through September of 2020, expanded its reach to a daily worldwide audience, and produced its first feature-length documentary The Dawn of Generation AI.

George is from Toledo, Ohio. He lives with his wife, twin daughters, and a pair of rescue dogs in Northern Virginia.
