Ms. Del Mar is a leader in government business transformation and agile information technology
application. With over 35 years of experience, her comprehensive knowledge and experience in
management consulting, systems consolidation/modernization and business reform distinguishes her as a results-oriented industry thought-leader in financial improvement. A former business executive, her relationships are expansive and collaborative, spanning both government and private sectors – enabling her to be an effective spokesperson and passionate advocate for Federal business standardization, simplification and smart application of innovation. Ms. Del Mar possesses a strong public service commitment, evidenced by her previous term appointment at the Department of Veterans Affairs, earlier industry executive exchange at the Department of Defense (DoD), as well as her ongoing volunteer work as the American Society of Military Comptroller’s (ASMC) immediate past National Corporate Advisory Group Chair, the ASMC Washington Chapter Corporate Vice President, and Chair of the ASMC National Capital Region Professional Development Institute (PDI) since 2006.

Stephen Holt is an advanced technical solution architect in the North East USA. He has over 25
years of experience working with enterprise databases ranging from development, deployment, and performance tuning, along with assorted customer facing roles. Stephen has spent the last 9 years on leveraging Information Management use of cloud infrastructure, and improving the technical sales process and collateral for Intel. When not working on technology, Stephen enjoys playing soccer, boxing, and spending time with his family.”

Leslie Casson Stevens has been engaged in government financial management for over 30 years. She began her career as an auditor, where she led the audits of large local government organizations and publicly traded corporations. As a management consultant, she implemented financial management systems at several US Federal government agencies and consulted with a variety of organizations on organizational and financial management challenges. Leslie served as the Comptroller of the Smithsonian Institution, where she was responsible for Institution-wide accounting and financial reporting operations and the financial management automated systems.

Leslie joined SAP in 1998 when SAP first entered the US Federal government market. She was a key member of the team that extended the SAP core financial management functionality to accommodate the requirements of US Federal government accounting and reporting. For many years, she led the team of solution engineers who assessed the fit of SAP functionality with customer requirements and demonstrated system capabilities. Today, she is a member of the Industry Executive Advisory team, supporting the US Federal government market. She is an active participant in Federal financial management industry organizations. Leslie achieved Certified Public Accountant and Certified Government Financial Manager designations.
