Dave Hinchman oversees the U.S. Government Accountability Office’s government-wide reviews of cloud computing security, critical infrastructure cybersecurity, the federal cyber workforce, and IRS IT modernization. He previously led GAO’s body of work on federal data center optimization and cloud computing implementation. Prior to joining GAO in 2002, Dave worked for several private sector firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, and served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Dave has a master’s degree in business administration from the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona, and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Vassar College in New York.

Chad Sheridan serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at NetImpact Strategies, Inc., leading collaborations with the company’s partners to develop and implement differentiating IT and business solutions that support the federal government’s emerging mission needs. Chad has spent 30+ years of combined active duty and civilian service serving the public and tackling high visibility transformations. As a former Senior Executive at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, he oversaw all information systems supporting the federal crop insurance program, which covers commodities and livestock with a total annual liability of over $100 billion, and the farmers.gov effort, which was the leading edge of USDA’s digital transformation initiative designed to meet Secretary Perdue’s challenge for USDA to be the “most efficient, most effective and most customer-focused” agency in the federal government. Prior to his focus in IT, Chad served as Deputy Program Manager for the design and construction of the USS GEORGE H. W. BUSH (CVN 77) and USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN 78) aircraft carrier propulsion plants and served in the U.S. Navy in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Directorate. In Chad’s transition to the contracting industry, he is committed to providing solutions that improve the lives of public servants so they can better serve the American public.

Aaron brings to Mythics over 30 years of industry experience evaluating and implementing technical solutions across Cloud areas. He spent the last 4+ years with Google Public Sector, building and managing a global team of Customer Engineers and developing solutions for Public Sector customers. Prior to Google, he was a Group Vice President at Oracle for nearly a decade, working with Federal, State and Local, Higher Education, and Healthcare customers building solutions around Oracle technology and applications including PeopleSoft, E-Business Suite, Oracle’s Cloud products, and Engineered Systems.
