Dr. Meixner is the Chief of the Center Informatioy Technology Division for the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Dr. Meixner manages a portfolio of 95 IT systems and networks with an annual budget of $160M and a user base of approximately 33,000 Air Force Sustainment Center personnel. Dr. Meixner is responsible for creating the AFSC’s IT strategy and portfolio and cyber security processes to manage all systems necessary to support the AFSC mission. He also serves as the Center Senior Functional for the Cyber Operations career field, adroitly managing career field operations and provides guidance to over 1400 IT professionals and other staff within the AFSC.

Since 2008, Dr. Meixner has served as the president of the Montessori School of Dayton in Kettering, Ohio. As the president, Dr. Meixner is responsible for the hiring, retaining, evaluating, and compensation for the school’s management and staff. He oversees all IT related projects and services to include network hosting, website development, and technology upgrades. He provides direction and advice to help the school achieve its mission and goals and monitors the financial planning, revenue and expenditures during the school year and prepares yearly budget and tax reporting.

Dr. Meixner began his governmental service as a Stay-In-School clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, Columbus, Ohio in 1991. He began his military career in 1995 when he attended the Officer Training School at Maxwell AFB, AL. He transitioned to the USAF reserves and joined commercial industry in 2001. He began his civilian career in 2005 at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio as a Management Analyst developing acquisition documentation for financial management IT systems. His career includes experience in combat readiness, deployment and transportation operations; enterprise architecture, acquisition logistics and program management of Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) and Air Force Sustainment (AFSC) systems; staff experience at Headquarters AFMC and Headquarters U.S. Air Force; and all phases of IT development and sustainment and emerging technologies such as additive manufacturing, robotic process automation, 5G, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

Tim is married to Toby, his wife of 26 years and they have two teenage children, Madison and Cade. In his spare time, Tim enjoys hiking, canoeing and gardening.

Allan Day serves as the executive leader for logistics and sustainment industry strategy in the global public sector business unit at Salesforce. He is responsible for delivering customer focused digital transformation strategies focused on cloud adoption and software-as-a-service solutions.

Allan joined Salesforce in September 2021 after retiring from a 32+ year career in the United States Air Force. In his final assignment, he served as the Director of Operations for the Defense Logistics Agency where he directed mission execution of 28 thousand personnel and ensured the financial health of the $41B defense working capital fund. During his career, he was highly regarded for excellence leading large-scale global operations in organizational policy, logistics, change management, optimization, and restructuring across many diverse enterprises.

Allan is a consummate learner. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and an Arabic Language minor from the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado; a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio; a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies, from the Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island; a Master of Strategic Studies from the Air War College, Air University, Montgomery, Alabama; and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Through his significant education, training, and experience, Allan has a proven track record as an expert team builder and problem solver across diverse environments including logistics, acquisition, aircraft maintenance repair and overhaul, supply chain management, and scientific/engineering research.

Allan grew up on a Wisconsin dairy farm and learned the value of hard work, resilience, and alignment on common goals. He and his wife, Barbara, have been blessed with six children and are now proud grandparents of seven grandchildren and counting...
