Brandon Gulla is the Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Rancher Government, leading the technical charge for providing secure, certified open source and cloud-native solutions for U.S. Government entities throughout the IT value chain, spanning the datacenter to the tactical edge. With over 15 years of experience within the intelligence community, Mr. Gulla focuses on accelerating mission advancement by helping customers harness the value of Big-Data, Al/ML, containers, and multi-domain enterprise Kubernetes platforms as they drive innovation and efficiencies through cloud computing and DevSecOps. 

Brandon co-founded Rancher Federal and led the tactical weaponization of Rancher Lab’s cloud-native portfolio to meet the unique technical and security challenges of the federal community. Today Brandon contributes to various open source communities, is an active driver of IT modernization strategy, and takes ownership of utilizing Rancher’s trusted open source technology stack to enable the federal community to excel in the mission battlespace of tomorrow.

Over the last decade, Adam Toy has been supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities with their journey towards application modernization and Kubernetes. He is currently serving as the Chief Architect at Rancher Government Solutions, helping to drive and develop solutions that are tailored for the unique challenges presented by the federal and government communities. His passions in the field include tactical edge solutions, service meshes, and automation.
