Ted Ross is CIO for the City of Los Angeles and General Manager of the Information Technology Agency (ITA). His department of 450 employees delivers enterprise IT services to 48,000 employees across 41 City departments and digital services to over 4 million residents. Appointed by Mayor Eric Garcetti in 2015, Ted has over 21 years of private and public sector technology experience, earning various awards along the way, including #1 Digital City, Top 25 Doer & Dreamer, and CIO of the Year according to LA Business Journal. Ted has been featured in Fortune Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and The Economist, as well as, a presenter at many conferences, such as the Andreessen-Horowitz Tech Summit, Milken Institute, and India’s NASSCOM.

Dorothy Aronson is NSF's Chief Information Officer (CIO). She is the principal advisor to the agency's Director and other senior management on all matters involving information technology (IT). Ms. Aronson oversees policy and governance for the efficient, effective use of IT resources to accomplish the Foundation's mission.

Jeffrey Phelan is Public Sector CTO for Rubrik where his main responsibilities are assisting organizations across the DoD, Intel Community, Federal Civilian, and State & Local governments with their Digital Transformation efforts, Cloud Migration, Data Management, and Infrastructure Automation requirements.   He joins Rubrik from GDIT where he was the Portfolio Lead on DISA’s milCloud 2.0 program where he was responsible for developing the Cloud Services catalogue, technology roadmap, and professional services delivery for all agencies and mission partners moving to the DoD’s Impact Level 5, fit-for-purpose cloud computing environment.  Prior to GDIT, Phelan was Chief Product Evangelist and Director of Strategic Growth for Northrop Grumman Information Systems where he focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques for network defense & cybersecurity, cloud applications, and IT automation.   Also at Northrop he was responsible for early product development and go to market activities in Airborne C4ISR, Industrial Operations Security, IoT, and streaming analytics for large scale enterprises.   Phelan studied engineering at Boston University and L’Universite Stendahl in Grenoble, France, holds a Bachelor’s Degree from George Mason University in International Business Development, and has completed the Executive Education Program at MIT with an emphasis on Complex Systems Design, Technology Strategy, and Innovation.   

Jonathan Hatmaker is a global lead for data management alliances for the public sector at Amazon Web Services. Jonathan has 16 years of industry experience helping customers define and match their data needs with insights, intelligence, and strategic disaster preparedness for resilience and continuity of mission. He holds multiple industry accreditations and an extensive public speaking background. Jonathan is also a former Marine serving as a Combat Engineer.
