Efficient maintenance is a key component of asset management for federal agencies. However, pain points like aging infrastructure, redundant asset databases, and evolving environmental concerns can make asset management challenging—causing engineers to be limited in their abilities to manage new and existing infrastructure assets. Processing and analyzing large data sets, enhancing asset visibility, and streamlining decision making across various stakeholders are crucial yet complex operations. How can government leaders maximize asset value while mitigating risk?
Enter modernization, which holds the potential to transform infrastructure in every lifecycle phase. By adopting a modern asset management approach, agencies can leverage predictive and preventive maintenance, reduce the total cost of ownership, and effectively inspect and survey infrastructure assets. Join GovExec and Trimble as government and industry experts explore the benefits modernization brings to asset management and maintenance.
