Juliana Slye is the Founder and CEO of Government Business Results (GBR), a nationwide firm headquartered in Virginia. Tech companies rely on GBR for the Go-To-Market services (strategy, marketing, content, enablement) and staffing support they need to more effectively market and sell to government agencies. Recently, GBR was named one of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies by Inc.
Juliana has 20 years of experience helping tech companies achieve success in the government markets. Her career roles in the government industry included field marketing, sales, product management, product marketing and business management. Prior to founding GBR in 2010, she was responsible for running the global government industry teams, including business strategy, marketing, enablement and solutions, for tech titans Autodesk, Adobe, Macromedia and Silicon Graphics (SGI). Juliana is actively involved in National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and the National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA), where she serves in in various leadership roles. She is a sought-after speaker, and regularly delivers training, seminars and panels on government marketing and business growth topics.
Alison Mitsuhashi

Alison Mitsuhashi is the Sr. Director, Marketing at GBR with background in campaign development, enterprise/ABM, field and partner marketing. She has led global campaign and industry field marketing teams, managed integrated government marketing programs and coached fellow marketers in the public sector. In her role at GBR, Alison is responsible for industry marketing strategy, planning, and execution.

Born into media, Jeffrey Wolinsky grew up in a family-owned and operated full-service advertising agency where marketing and advertising were part of the menu at the dinner table. For the past 20+ years he has worked with hundreds of local and national companies on creative media concepts and execution. Jeffrey is currently the Publisher for Federal News Network, leading the overall products mission and vision as well as serving a sales leader role for WTOP and 2060 digital. Jeffrey and his team create marketing programs that use WTOP for the massive reach and frequency, Federal News Network for content creation and 2060 digital for the targeted data driven outreach. Jeffrey has delivered 3 main stage original speeches at GAIN, the premier event for Government Marketers from the Government Marketing University and has been featured on numerous podcasts as well as part of many panel discussions. He’s a certified facilitator of the creative problem-solving process and a five-time finalist and 2013 winner of the National Sales Manager of the Year Award presented by Radio Ink, a leading trade publication. A graduate of University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, Jeffrey coaches youth sports and cheers on Maryland basketball; he brings his three sons to as many of their games as possible

Prior to GovLoop, Doug was the Founder and President of Mash Digital Strategies, a digital services consulting firm for B2B media companies. Jennifer Fleisher brings more than 25 years of experience in public sector GTM strategy and execution, focusing on marketing programs that drive demand. Her passion is partnering with sales executives to build integrated marketing plans that drive and accelerate pipeline. Prior to her current role at Okta, Jennifer contributed to building robust public sector businesses at companies such as Splunk and Adobe. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of South Carolina and has received several prestigious awards, including Field Marketer of the Year and Marketing Industry Executive of the Year. Jennifer serves on the board of the Marketing University GAIN Annual Conference and is actively involved in the Young Men's Service League alongside her son.
Katie Hanusik

Katie oversees client services for the Public Relations team which became part of REQ through the acquisition of SpeakerBox. She helps raise awareness, shape messaging, and improve credibility for her clients. Katie is also responsible for client satisfaction and helps internal teams to quickly demonstrate value for their clients. She has expertise in both B2G and B2B public relations and strong experience in the areas of cybersecurity, IT modernization, customer experience, data analytics, and enterprise software.
She leverages more than 25 years of experience in business, advertising, and integrated marketing for top national companies and agencies to drive business development and enhance marketing efforts for REQ.
Katie oversees many of REQ’s largest technology clients, identifying what they are trying to accomplish early and crafting the exact strategy they need to help them drive their goals. Katie also serves as a mentor to several members of the REQ PR team, advising them on career development, media strategy, and account management.
Katie is a graduate of Duke University. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and three sons. She spends her free time cooking, reading, obsessing over current events, and planning her next travel adventure.
Christina Botto Morrison

Christina Morrison is a distinguished marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in brand management, strategic positioning, and lead generation. She has a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and messaging plans for high-technology companies, particularly in the public sector.
Currently, Christina spearheads Public Sector Marketing at NVIDIA, where she is responsible for Go-to-Market Campaign Strategy, Messaging, Awareness, and Demand Generation. Her role involves building robust marketing strategies that drive business goals, generate demand, and increase revenue.
Before joining NVIDIA, Christina held key marketing positions at renowned companies such as Apple, VMware, HP and HPE. In these roles, she was instrumental in developing marketing strategies and managing communications for various verticals.
As an advocate for telework and mobility, Christina champions the secure use of technologies to support remote work initiatives in the public sector. She is an active participant in several social media communities, where she provides insights into technology trends and issues impacting the public sector.
Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Towson University. Proud of her New Jersey roots, she currently resides in Northern Virginia. She enjoys volunteering in the “digital classroom” at Fairfax County Public Schools and loves spending quality time with her husband and three sons.
Katharyn White

Katharyn White leads Google Public Sector marketing. She is a technology expert who inspires digital transformation across organizations, ecosystems and teams to change customer and citizen experience. Katharyn is focused on Google's differentiated approach to the intersection of Security and AI, while creating an AI inspired marketing organization.
She is on the Board of George Mason Business School where is also an Exec Ed chair and Marketing professor. Katharyn serves on the Astroscale Board of Advisors and advises several tech start-ups.
Michael Hoffman

Michael Hoffman is president of GovCIO Media & Research. He joined the company after leading Tandem National Security Innovations, a community of startups and small businesses working with government agencies. Before Tandem, he served as Military.com’s managing editor, where he oversaw a team of military journalists. Hoffman spent five years as a defense reporter at Military Times and Defense News. He traveled to Afghanistan and Iraq, where he embedded with U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force units.
Hoffman served in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer after he graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park. He earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism at Maryland. Later, he returned to Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and earned his MBA.
When he’s not at work, you’re likely to find Hoffman at National’s Park with his wife and three sons. He’s also an avid runner and skier who loves gardening and cooking.
Jennifer Held

Jennifer Held joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2016 and currently leads federal civilian marketing and global public sector executive programs.
She has spent more than 25 years in the government technology marketing space, working within large, complex organizations to engage, educate, and enable public sector leaders and mission owners to deliver services for citizens.
She also enjoys philanthropic work as the founding president of the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL) Hunter Mill chapter, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mother-son relationships through community service.
When not at work, Jennifer is an adventure traveler, a semi-avid cyclist, a former runner, a soccer enthusiast, an 80s music lover, and a mom to two teens and one German shepherd.
Jennifer has a degree in political science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.
