Prior to Accenture Federal, Matthew led digital and AI transformations across public and private sector clients in McKinsey's QuantumBlack Digital & AI practice. He connects technology, strategy, and operations to turn data and AI into real-world capability, efficiency, and performance gains—including work on secure GenAI platforms and responsible AI adoption in government contexts.
Matthew holds a Master's in Data Science from Harvard University and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
