As state and local governments continue to modernize technologies and streamline operations, the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) offers a number of unique opportunities. Leveraging Gen AI to automate tedious, manual work can enable public sector entities to reach constituents and service their needs better by reducing errors, delivering more consistent messaging, and providing rapid case or policy summaries. This saves agencies time and money by reducing staff churn, streamlining processes, and improving constituent experience.
What steps do leaders need to take now to connect AI/ML and operations? How should they approach the need for data to support these efforts? And, how can industry partners support the integration of AI-powered tools into existing systems? Join GovExec and AWS for this exploration of Artificial Intelligence’s impact on operation efficiency and the employee experience.
